Build your custom seat cover below. Choose your style, panel design, materials and colours to make it yours. Every SR Custom Seat Cover includes a premium comfort gel insert at no extra cost.
Enter your motorcycle’s make, model and year so we know which bike your custom seat cover is for.
Keep it simple with Classic, add detail with Pattern Stitch, light it up with Neon, or combine both with Pattern + Neon.
Choose your seat cover design: with ribs or without ribs. You’ll choose your materials and colours next.
Choose the material for each panel of your seat cover. Mix textures and finishes to create your look.
Want a splash of colour? Choose Performance Grip or Smooth Leather Look for your panel, then select from the available colours.
The seat images show where each material will go. They won’t change when you select a material or colour. Your seat will be made using the options you select.

Choose your neon colour to light up your seat. The Side Panel design lets you choose two neon colours. Use the same colour for both lines, or choose two different colours. All other designs use one neon colour. The guide images show where the neon goes. They won’t change when you select a colour.

Add the finishing touches to your order. Choose any extras you’d like, or leave them unselected.

What happens after ordering? We’ll personally review your design and motorcycle details before production. We’ll then email you instructions for dropping off or posting your seat to our Sunshine Coast workshop. If we identify any compatibility issues or recommend a change, we’ll contact you before work begins.
Estimated turnaround: 5 -10 business days from receiving your seat at our workshop. Postage time is additional.

Seat Shaping

Shape the seat to better suit you and your riding.

Seat shaping allows us to alter the foam profile of your existing seat to improve comfort, support and riding position.

Raise

Add foam to create a higher seating position and give you more room between the seat and foot pegs.

Lower

Reduce the foam height to help you reach the ground more easily. How much we can lower it depends on the available foam and seat base.

Flatten

Reduce the forward slope of the seating area to create a more level position and help reduce sliding towards the tank.

Tank Hump

Add a small raised section immediately before the tank to help stop you sliding forward into it. This provides support at the front while keeping the main seating area in place.

Built around you

Seat shaping is used to fine-tune the seat profile around your riding position, comfort goals and preferred look.
The final foam shape is completed before your custom cover is made, so the cover is tailored to fit the finished seat correctly.

Marine-grade materials as standard

We use durable, high-quality materials selected for comfort, grip, appearance and long-term outdoor use.

Performance

A premium marine-grade vinyl with a sporty modern texture and clean finish. Durable, easy to clean and designed for regular outdoor use.

Performance Grip

A high-grip sports seating vinyl designed to give extra grip and reduce sliding. Ideal for dirt bike seats, the side panels on sport bike seats and the centre panel on pillion seats. Available in a range of colours.

Smooth Leather Look

A smooth leather-look vinyl well suited to cruisers and Harley-style builds. Available in various colours and ideal for feature panels

Leather Look

A textured vinyl with a more pronounced natural leather-style grain. Ideal for classic or premium cruiser-style seats and pairs well with Smooth Leather Look for a more dynamic design.

Suede Look

A soft microsuede with a premium matte finish and tactile feel. Adds a more luxurious, high-end appearance to feature panels and seat sections.

Carbon Fibre

A textured vinyl with a distinctive carbon-fibre-style pattern. A sportier option that adds visual detail without looking overly busy.

Built for riding

Our materials are selected to handle regular motorcycle use, UV exposure and changing weather conditions.
Every custom seat is also fitted with a waterproof membrane to help protect the foam underneath.

We send you everything you need to pack and send your seat to Seat Rehab without having to organise the packaging yourself.
