All services are custom and tailored to each client’s request. Final outcomes may vary based on the motorcycle, existing seat condition, and rider preferences.
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Work begins once the customer confirms the quote and agrees to these Terms.
Any changes to the agreed-upon job may incur additional charges.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment is due upon completion of services, prior to return or pick-up of the seat.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, Afterpay and Eftpos.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to workload or material availability.
We will keep you informed of any delays and work to meet your deadlines.
Customers must provide accurate details about their motorcycle and seating needs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their seat is suitable for modification.
We are not liable for issues caused by undisclosed damage or modifications.
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds or returns are generally not available unless:
The product is faulty due to our workmanship
We failed to follow agreed-upon specifications
In such cases, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
We stand by our workmanship. If you experience any issues within 12 months of receiving your seat, please contact us.
Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage from misuse, or improper installation.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including injury or damage resulting from the use of our products or services.
All designs, text, and content on this website (unless submitted by clients) remain the property of Seat Rehab. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Seat shaping allows us to alter the foam profile of your existing seat to improve comfort, support and riding position.
Add foam to create a higher seating position and give you more room between the seat and foot pegs.
Reduce the foam height to help you reach the ground more easily. How much we can lower it depends on the available foam and seat base.
Reduce the forward slope of the seating area to create a more level position and help reduce sliding towards the tank.
Add a small raised section immediately before the tank to help stop you sliding forward into it. This provides support at the front while keeping the main seating area in place.
Seat shaping is used to fine-tune the seat profile around your riding position, comfort goals and preferred look.
The final foam shape is completed before your custom cover is made, so the cover is tailored to fit the finished seat correctly.
We use durable, high-quality materials selected for comfort, grip, appearance and long-term outdoor use.
A premium marine-grade vinyl with a sporty modern texture and clean finish. Durable, easy to clean and designed for regular outdoor use.
A high-grip sports seating vinyl designed to give extra grip and reduce sliding. Ideal for dirt bike seats, the side panels on sport bike seats and the centre panel on pillion seats. Available in a range of colours.
A smooth leather-look vinyl well suited to cruisers and Harley-style builds. Available in various colours and ideal for feature panels
A textured vinyl with a more pronounced natural leather-style grain. Ideal for classic or premium cruiser-style seats and pairs well with Smooth Leather Look for a more dynamic design.
A soft microsuede with a premium matte finish and tactile feel. Adds a more luxurious, high-end appearance to feature panels and seat sections.
A textured vinyl with a distinctive carbon-fibre-style pattern. A sportier option that adds visual detail without looking overly busy.
Our materials are selected to handle regular motorcycle use, UV exposure and changing weather conditions.
Every custom seat is also fitted with a waterproof membrane to help protect the foam underneath.
We send you everything you need to pack and send your seat to Seat Rehab without having to organise the packaging yourself.

Prepaid shipping label to send your seat to us
1. We send your Post Pack.
2. Pack your seat using the supplied materials.
3. Attach the prepaid shipping label.
4. Drop it off at the post office.
5. We send your seat back once the work is complete.
The Post Pack takes the guesswork out of sending your seat. Everything you need is supplied, so you can pack it securely, attach the prepaid label and send it straight to us.
No problem — the Post Pack is completely optional.
